<p align="justify">The new version 3.0 envisages data exchange via TCP/IP. Network capabilities were enhanced with an access to readings of weighing indicators connected to one PC from other PCs in one local area network (LAN). The number of the clients&rsquo; PCs is unlimited.</p>
<p align="justify">As of now three versions of &lsquo;Controller&rsquo; are available:</p>
<ul type="disc"><li><div align="justify"><a></a>&lsquo;Controller Free&rsquo; &mdash; free version to retrieve data from one weighing indicator; </div></li><li><div align="justify">&lsquo;Controller Pro&rsquo; &mdash; a number of COM-ports and weighing indicators connected is unlimited; </div></li><li><div align="justify">&lsquo;Controller Net&rsquo; &mdash; access to weighing indicator&rsquo; readings from PCs via LAN. </div></li></ul>

This time heads and representatives from 19 organizations participated. </p>
<p align="justify">Data on weighing equipment sales promoting, maintenance and development, i.e. the results of our common work, was presented to guests. Sales and production volume growth index by the past year comprised 1.2. The company has strengthened its first place among the Russian producers of weighing equipment. Sales volumes on most products reached a pre-crisis level in 2008, and exceeded it on a number of products.</p>
<p align="justify">SAKHALIN+ and FARMER+ truck scales to be commercialized (the new models of VA type) and a model range of TV-003/05N, TV-015, TV-017 and TV-018 weighing indicators in new stainless steel housings were represented. The report on the experience gained in the area of weighing devices (strain-gauge weight measuring electronic device) installation under tanks in different industries aroused great interest.</p>
<p align="justify">The work undertaken by the district sales representatives was summarized for the past year. The second day of the seminar began by a roundtable discussion, targeting not only to establish cooperation between the developers and representatives but also to generate new ideas on products and maintenance improvement. A lot of ideas will be implemented in the nearest months. The seminar was finished by the high art that inspires us all &mdash; those who desired visited the Bolshoi Theatre!</p>

Mendeleyev All-Russian Scientific and Research Institute for Metrology&rdquo; (VNIIM)<strong> </strong>order TENSO-M developed and produced temperature chambers for EU-0.5, EU-10 standard machines included in Primary State Standard, which reproduces the unit of force, Newton. </p>
<p align="justify">The chambers turned out to be in high demand during approval of new GOST R<strong> </strong>8.726-2010 &ldquo;Load cells. General technical requirements. Test methods.&rdquo; The standard will come into force in July 2012. The document sets the requirements to load cell error, which should not increase the allowed limits within the whole temperature range. As a rule, from &minus;10&deg;С.</p>
<p align="justify">The developers faced the main obstacle in the limited operating space the standard machines occupy, with no space for a full-featured temperature chamber. It was decided to divide the chamber to two parts: the main chamber and the chamber for load cells testing.</p>
<p align="justify">Overall dimensions of the chamber for load cells make it easy to locate it directly in the operating space of the machine. At the same time temperature condition, control and measurement occur in the main chamber, located apart from the machine.</p>
<p align="justify">The main chamber is connected to another chamber by two air ducts, which provide constant air circulation between chambers. Cooled or heated air in the main chamber is transferred to the chamber with the load cell in through the first air duct. Having changed the load cell temperature, the air comes back to the main chamber through the second air duct. The original structure of the air ducts and the materials applied provided to considerable reduction of heat losses while air circulation from the one chamber to another. The accuracy of temperature maintained in the chamber for load cells is &plusmn;2&deg;С, and the operating temperature range is from -45&deg;С to +80&deg;С.</p>
<p align="justify">These temperature chambers, available at VNIIM now, will help to conduct all the temperature tests specified in GOST R 8.726-2010 and to include in State list of measuring equipment of the RF only those load cells, which correspond to GOST requirements.</p>
<p align="justify">Let us note here that tension and compression dynamometers also developed by TENSO-M will be used in the new State Standard. For more information, see the news dd. 25.11.2011.</p>
<p align="center"><img alt="Температурные камеры для Государственного первичного эталона силы" width="285" height="500" src="http://www.tenso-m.ru/files/Image/25012012.jpg" /></p><br>]]></description><pubDate>Thu, 01 Jan 1970 03:00:00 +0300</pubDate></item><item><title>Olympic victory on New Year’s eve!</title><guid isPermaLink='true'>http://www.tenso-m.ru/pages/59?idn=331</guid><link>http://www.tenso-m.ru/pages/59?idn=331</link> <description><![CDATA[<img src='/newsimg/28122011glavnayaen.jpg'><br><p align="justify">In record-breaking time the group of TENSO-M specialists installed and put into operation two sets of SVK weighing-in-motion system at &ldquo;ADLER-KRASNAYA POLYANA&rdquo; and &ldquo;DZHUBGA-SOCHI&rdquo; highways.</p>
<p align="justify">SVK WIM system measures axle loads, gross weight, vehicle speed and axle distance in motion at speeds up to 140km/h. It also detects vehicles, which height exceeds the allowed one. No traffic stop required while using SVK WIM system at the vehicle mass control station, only overweight vehicles are targeted and stopped.</p>
<p align="justify">At the same time at the stations TENSO-M installed VA-D truck scales for in-motion weighing.</p>
<p align="justify">A large amount of work was done by FKU Uprdor &ldquo;Kuban&rdquo; (Federal Public Institution on highways control in Krasnodar krai), which quickly built the vehicle mass control station and isnatlled all the equippment, prepared the pavement and foundations for VA-D scales, mounted control boxes, height sensors, supports for speed cameras and laid power and fibre-optic cables.</p>
<p align="justify">It was the first time TENSO-M installed the maximum packaging of ROGATKA complex, which consist of SVK WIM system and VA-D scales. This time the complex included a publicity board in additional packaging. Vehicle license number is displayed on the board and the arrow &ldquo;to the right&rdquo; appears directing the overload vehicle to have a more precise weighing at the station. The board can display up to three license numbers at once. The publicity board changes its brightness depending on the brightness level outside (night, day, bright sun, etc.).</p>
<p align="justify">TENSO-M systems recognize license-plate numbers within the day and night much better than some foreign analog, the recognition accuracy is approaching to 100%! This is the result of the experience we&rsquo;ve accumulated by &nbsp;constant improvement of hardware and software of the systems. It is also worth saying that as of today SVK is the only WIM system with no traffic stop certified by the&nbsp;Federal Agency&nbsp;for&nbsp;Technical Regulation and Metrology&nbsp;of the Russian Federation (ROSSTANDART)&nbsp;and included in the State list of measuring equipment of the Russian Federation.</p>
<p align="justify">SVK WIM systems and VA-D truck scales were set according to weights class 4, calibrated according to standard two-axial vehicle with a bow spring and were approved by ROSSTANDART from the first time. OOO &ldquo;Measuring systems&rdquo; specialists, our representatives in Krasnodar krai, assisted much at all the stages of work. Under the agreement a group of inspectors from the Administration of state vehicular control in Krasnodar krai was trained to operate the system and its software. They are planning to start systems&rsquo; operation in the beginning of new 2012.</p>
<p align="justify">So the whole TENSO-M team &mdash; a multiple-skill group of installers, service engineers and programmers, plus production workers and developers, who worked under development and manufacturing of system components at KRASKOVO plant &mdash; won our first Olympic victory long before SOCHI-2014 Olympic Games opening!</p>

It was initiated by the Centre employees with TENSO-M specialists participation and conducted for metrologists and technicians of industrial enterprises, agriculture and construction industries.</p>
<p align="justify">A.G.Gubar, the head of verification and calibration department for mechanical measuring instruments, reported on the new GOST R 53228-2008 &ldquo;Non-automatic weighing instruments. Metrological and technical requirements. Tests.&rdquo; The other speaker, V.I.Datsenko, the head of measuring instruments test department, reported on features of tests performance with the purpose of large capacity scales type approval in respect of the problems in practical metrology.</p>
<p align="justify">M.V.Senyanskiy, the chairman of TC-310, made a report under the subject &ldquo;New GOST-R 53228-2008 features for users and scales manufacturers&rdquo;. Using practical examples he explained, why the new GOST-R will help the consumers to weigh the raw material and products more precisely and to protect them against &lsquo;unfair&rsquo; scales purchase.</p>
<p align="justify">K.E.Solntsev, the head of weighing and batching department, reported on a range of hopper scales and batchers for free-flowing materials weighing. The attendees were pleasantly surprised by a number of equipment covering the major industry and agriculture demand in weighing and accounting of the most different materials &mdash; from grain and products made&nbsp;of&nbsp;grain to cement, mixtures for construction purposes and chemical agents.</p>
<p align="justify">Our prospective consumers leant about TENSO-M newest developments at the seminar, which confirmed that our company is the biggest producer of weighing equipment in Russia and has one of the best team of developers in the world on weighing and batching equipment, load cells and electronics. The delivery included 13 Alfa tray-type batchers for continuous feeding of grain, DLT version, different capacity; Potok-150 hopper automatic scales; and two Gamma-150 bag fillers for flour batching, among them one of high capacity with double batchers.</p>
<p align="justify">Three Alfa-40-2 batchers, DLT-40 version, up to 40t/h capacity, are designed to prepare mill mixes in the flow on the mill elevator. Ten batchers from 4 up to 10t/h capacity will be installed in grain cleaning section of the mill. </p>
<p align="justify">This is not the first full delivery completed within the last three years. Earlier we informed you about sale and putting into operation of large lots of Alfa DLT-16 batchers for continuous feeding of grain at 500-tons mills at Saburovo, Tambov oblast, Russia (14pcs), at Starooskolsk grain production centre (24pcs) and Kursk grain production centre (20pcs).</p>
<p align="justify">Along with our best sellers &mdash; automatic scales and filling batchers, the tray-type batchers for continuous feeding achieved a firm position in the mill market of batching equipment. The total scope of tray-type batchers sold to grain processing, distillation and other industries has already exceeded 200pcs. High reliability of batchers is confirmed by almost no reclamation reports received taking into account the quantity of batchers in operation. Good metrology and a wide range of functions let them work steadily in Automation control system, as well as in conjunction with imported equipment made by famous world brands.</p>

It is designed to compare weights with standard weights. The comparator is used to calibrate and to check weights, 20kg or 50kg nominal weight, M1 accuracy class. The metrological specifications of the comparator fully correspond to the requirements of GOST 8.021-2005 &laquo;State verification schedule for mass measuring instruments&raquo; and International recommendation OIML R111-2004 &laquo;Weights of classes E1, E2, F1, F2, M1, M1-2, M2, M2-3 и М3&raquo;.</p>

A large part of design works were made by TENSO-M. Also our company supplied the plant with a series of multicomponent batchers and Automation control system. All in all it took TENSO-M 9 months to design and launch the equipment into production operation. </p>
<p align="justify">The newest scientific developments and nanotechnologies are used at the plant. The premixes produced at VitOMEK are valuable for the Russian livestock sector as microelements as a part of organic compounds are applied instead of badly digested microelements from sulfate groups. The a-m. compounds (asparaginates) are digested by livestock and poultry to 95-100%.</p>
<p align="justify">The filling of KMD service hoppers designed for various chemical elements is automated ideally, so mixing and re-grading, plus unsanctioned loading are excluded. KMD batchers are fully adapted to the properties of the initial raw material and equipped by the devices for flow rate dynamic stabilization and have adaptive batching algorithms. </p>
<p align="justify">Innovation technologies, high-technology multicomponent batchers in combination with modern, multi-level automatic process control system provide a flexible production of a wide range of premixes in accordance with valid international standards and regulations. </p>
