Electronic scales by the largest Russian producer of weighing equipment 

«Tenso-M» Weight Measuring Company is the leading Russian manufacturer of industrial electronic scales and dosing equipment. The business was started in 1989 and now we produce more than 30000 load cells and 3000 electronic scales and dosing machines per year. We built engineering buildings covering almost 15000 square meters on our land in Kraskovo, Lyubertsy, Moscow Region. Now there are more than 350 team members in the company.

Electronic scales 

The range of electronic scales produced by «Tenso-M» includes railroad scales, weighbridges, platform scales, crane scales, automatic weighing lines, overhead track scales and other types.
Platform scales produced by «Tenso-M»  are characterized by high metrological specifications and reliability. Electronic platform scales VP, VPV are overload protected. Waterproof stainless steel load cells and a weighing indicator can be used in humid environment.
Crane scale VK is equipped with an advanced system of wireless data transfer to a PC. These data channels are available even in conditions of a high noise level. Operation of crane scales is safe, all models have Rostekhnadzor licenses.

Weighbridges 

«Tenso-M»  weighbridges are the most widespread electronic truck scales in Russia. At the moment we have produced and mounted more than 3200 sets of truck scales VA, and the annual production rate exceeds 300 truck scales. Most weighbridges are equipped with a digital weighing system. «Tenso-M» weighbridges have a modular structure that makes delivery cheaper and simplifies mounting and assembling at the operation site.
The main choice criterias for a weighbridge are its reliability, production quality and its cost. Metrological specifications of a scale should necessarily comply with the requirements of GOST  or OIML recommendations and the scale itself must be produced on a high quality equipment in a factory environment. Our weighbridges meet these requirements to the fullest extent possible. We guarantee a long service life and high measurement accuracy according to these standards.
Modern weighbridges are equipped with a digital electronic display that indicates the truck weight, and a PC with special software for recording weighing results. Each type of weighbridges has its own features depending on its application. For example, truck scales for weighing heavy vehicles have a reinforced frame, agriculture weighbridges are universal in their use, scales for weighing in motion have a load platform of a certain size. All weighbridges are easy to install and provide easy and quick access to load cells.
Nowadays we produce several types of weighbridges:

• VA - weighbridges for static weighing of vehicles
  - VA «Sakhalin» – a weighbridge including an analog or digital weighing system and a detachable modular structure
  - VA «Concrete» – a weighbridge including a reinforced concrete load platform
  - NA «Farmer» – light compact truck scales that are adapted for rural use and do not need a special reinforced concrete basement
  - VA “Rubezh” – a weighbridge for static weighing, includes a built in module for calculating axle load of a vehicle in motion

• “VA-D” - a weighbridge for dynamic weighing. This weighbridge is able to determine the weight and axle load of a vehicle as it passes through the load platform.
• “VA-M”- a truck scale that is the result of modernization of old mechanical scales.
• Truck scales of increased capacity for open-pit dump trucks are also available.

Weighbridges with a digital weighing system have a number of advantages. First of all, such weighbridges entirely exclude unauthorized manipulation of weighing results. Second, reliability of such weighbridges is considerably higher due to remote preventive maintenance of the scale and its load cells.

Railroad scales 

Alongside with weighbridges «Tenso-M»  produces railroad scales for static weighing and weighing in motion.

Force- and weightmeasuring load cells

«Tenso-M»  is the largest Russian producer of load cells. We offer serial production of load cells of more than 20 standard sizes with capacities from 3 kg to 200 tons.
Our 20-year experience in manufacturing load cells has allowed us to achieve European quality. It is confirmed by certificates certifying that the load cells meet the requirements of EN 45501 standard and OIML R60 recommendations and are tested in an independent European laboratory. At present we have developed an optimum range of load cell standard sizes for industrial electronic weighing systems.

Weighers, hopper scales, bagging machines

Nowadays «Tenso-M»  offers the widest range of hopper scales and weighers for various branches of industry. We produce industrial dosing machines for weighing bulk stock and measuring out certain quantities, bagging machines for bulk stock and continuous weighers for introducing additives into a product or controlling ingredients consumption on an assembly line.
Any weigher or bagging machine construction, even the most complicated one, includes a modular dosing system with standardized elements, developed by our engineers. Load-bearing frames, tanks, dampers, screw feeders and belt feeders – all these elements have been developed to ensure easy assembly of different models of dosing equipment. This set of standard elements considerably simplifies development of new types of dosing machines according to our Client’s needs.
«Tenso-M»  specialists are provided with a proving stand which was specially designed to carry out research and investigation in order to improve useful quality of weight measuring equipment. The proving stand allows to test a scale or a weigher with a certain product used by our Client.

Automation and controlling

«Tenso-M»  Weight Measuring Company offers modernization of existing technological lines, production processes and plants. One of the solutions offered is a hardware and software complex for managing technological processes based on automation control systems which is our in-house development, as well as a wide range of weighers - all that allows us to develop complex automation solutions.
Along with automation of technological processes «Tenso-M»  offers turn-in key construction and arrangement of plants. One vivid example is Automated concrete mixing plant. The largest project in this field is development, construction and startup of the premix plant “Neokorm” (Lakinsk, Vladimir region).
